Cancelled Account Issue

Could not find how to call and speak to Sky operator as the message kept telling me to add my payment details or call back when I had them. It said I could delete the message using BackUp on my Sky remote. I dont have or use sky anymore so how am I supposed to do that?

Sky are still trying to take payments from account but the account was cancelled on 23rd February  2023.....

Was that the date you contacted Sky on to give notice to cancel or the date your services were turned off ?

 

Did you get email notification of your cancellation ?

@GPHarlech bills are produced as normal, two weeks before payment is due, right up to the end of your notice period. That means your final payment is usually made after your services have ended and Sky will pursue you if payment is refused. They will, of course, refund the inevitable overpayment.
