Cancellation

Hi 

I just want to confirm that my sky subscription for both tv and internet has been cancelled as my new provider has stated this was cancelled last month?

You aren’t contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

You should have received email confirmation from Sky acknowledging the cancellation and been sent packaging to return any loaned equipment.

@Cheryl110  You should have received email confirmation from Sky confirming this 

 

if not you need to call sky directly as we are a customer only community and unable to confirm this for you

@Cheryl110  Your new provider can only take over your broadband service, they most certainly can't cancel your TV service despite any assurances from them to the contrary

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
