When do I get my cancellation £200 back from sky?

Yes. My account says I have credit but they took the payment from my bank and the credit?

If Sky pay your termination fee from your previous supplier it done as a credit against a future bill which by the look of it that's what they have done, they don't actually give it to you in cash.

The credit you see on your Sky account should be used to pay future bills as there is no automatic right of a refund.
