I have spoken several times to your representatives about my moving home etc. Todate nothing has been transferred over etc.
I have no access to sky or the services I paid for under contract.
I therefore, believed you to be i n breach of contract and wish to cancel the contract.
I spoke to someone on the telephone, saying I wished togive notice and have so far received no confirmation of this request
