Please confirm us on SKY cancellation

We have returned all related equipment too through Royal mail.
We are ready to pay any pending bills if confirmation on last bill and service is confirmed

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.
Your post has been temporarily removed as it contains what I presume is your account number. It'll return after being moderated. If you've cancelled correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky but I'm not sure how long you're likely to wait.

I have cancelled my broadband on25/4 I need my final bill and the boxes and postage to send items back please can these be sent asap regards miss d e davis

If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband]. Your billing continues through the notice period.
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

If you gave notice to Sky to cancel your broadband on 25/04 then the cancellation should take place in 14 days time. If the 25th was the date Sky Broadband was cancelled then any bill created prior to this date needs to be paid and once it has been any overpayment can be refunded to you once the credit on it appears.
