Cancellation fee
We were previously in contract on our broadband package and TV was due to expire. We was sold a cheaper tv package on the proviso we switch to fibre broadband which we did. We have now been charged an 'in contract' cancellation fee on our normal broadband. This was never agreed. Any experience on this being refunded?

It is probably an error due to the fact that while you upgraded to fibre the other had to be cancelled so I would call Sky about this tomorrow.
