Service code for netflix

I have been hacked into my email linked in with our sky account. Netflix support is asking me for service code but I can't find it anywhere.

The problem is the netflix account is under my name and under the hacked email and the sky account is under my partners details.

How/where do i get the service code

To find your Netflix service code, log in to your account via a web browser, go to your account page, and select "Service Code" at the bottom to generate a code that lasts two hours. Alternatively, on a TV, open the menu, select "Get Help," and choose "Get QR code" to scan with a mobile device.

Hey thank you for the answer but I cant access netflix in web browser as my email is hacked

All it appears you need to do is to login to the Netflix website with your login details. Your email account being hacked doesn't come into it as you do not need to access your email account, just the Netflix website.

They have changed my password on netflix too as its not working so i cant log in as i said

I need to access my service code also but the option to access it on the Netflix app is not there? My Netflix account was set up on my sky tv with an incorrect email address and I can't change it until I have my service code.

can you help me with this?

This is happening to me too, did you manage to get your service code in the end? I just get 'technical error' when I select to recover my netflix account from the Sky website.
