Cancellation contact

HI, MY partner is currently in prison i need to renewal contract on my broadband.

Can you help me with that? I don't want to pay more as 31 per month but he can't cancel his contract.

I presume by you mentioning your partner they are the account holder? If so, if you know the telephone password give Sky a call and ask what they suggest but you won't be able to accept a new 24 months subscription on your partner's behalf..
