Never agreed to my monthly charge

Hi,

I've been a SKY subscriber for at least 10 years. I recently moved house and instead of going down the house move route, the third party agent told me to set up a new account. He sold me Stream but I wanted Sky Q. I spoke with 6 different people from Sky. Finally a person suggested that we start again and it was all sorted. 

At the beginning, I was told that the monthly cost would be £54.00. It's almost double now. What number can I call to get this sorted please? Thanks

How recently did you start paying this price as the first two bills can cover a longer period than the usual 4 weeks so have you looked at your future bills to see what they show. If these are also wrong then you will either have to do as before and speak to Sky or use this form to register a complaint:
