My contract expired 14th October 2024
I discussed and agreeed a new deal with SKY advisor Arbaz on 3rd October
but nothing has appeared on my Accounts information
IS THIS DEAL STILL VALID?
Just can't get hold of anyone at SKY
I am a Diamond member but that seems to count for nothing?
HELP!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs we are customers here if you new agreed price isn't showing in your future bills then you will need to call them so they can look into it for you. It might not be shown on your next bill if it is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less.
