Hi, I'm wanting to cancel but I'm still in contract. How do I do it? I'm happy to pay any leaving fees and send back the box. I've tried calling them and apparently I'm not allowed to leave . I've cancelled my direct debit. Can't afford it anymore. Quite simply I'm not paying it

Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you still can't cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky will involved a debt recovery company.

@Lennonhorbs Well, that's a rather bold and foolish path to take. You cannot claim you can't afford to pay when you state you are happy to pay any leaving fees(which would be the remaining months of your contract minus a small percentage).
Going down the route you state will only cause you further financial hardship and inevitably involve a debt collections agency making contact and adding their fees to what you owe.
