Cancel sky

I want to cancel sky TV as we've moved and sky are unable to provide a broadband connection so cannot have sky.  Problem is that I am in contract.  Do I still have to pay cancellation fees as this is a sky issue not my problem

The only way to find out for sure @Read55 is to call Sky and speak to them about this which is what you need to do to cancel anyway.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

@Read55  If sky accepts what you say in that they can't provide the service they you shouldn't be liable for exit fees but you need to check with sky directly
