Re: Cancel sky cinema
@Anneduddy
To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this

Re: Cancel sky cinema
@LauraWyatt No one on the forum is charging you anything, we are just fellow customers. If you want to cancel the trial you will have to call Sky and give the required 31 day notice.

Re: Cancel sky cinema
Actually SPEAKING to someone at sky would be really great. I can't get past the automated system. It DID tell me it had cancelled sky cinema for me months ago. But no. I'm still being charged. Where do I go from here? Do I have to cancel sky completely to get their attention?
