Cancelling Paramount

I had a free subscription for Paramount via the VIP app, I wish to cancel the subscription before it becomes chargeable.It says you have to cancel via the route you got it, so I can't cancel directly through Paramount. Who do I contact to cancel this and how do I get in touch?
