Billing issue

Not letting me pay for phone bill. Keeps loading for ages but ends up doing nothing. Tried a lot of times

You shouldn't need to make manual payments for your phone as the bill should be paid automatically each month via whatever payment you have setup on your account.

 

Are you trying to make a payment against your credit agreement ?

You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up as stated in the T's and C's you agreed to. That would prevent the need to make any manual payments. Is that not the case?
