@angina  You can't request this on a public forum, no one here knows who you are or your accout  details.  Have you looked your Sky account to see if you can remove it?  https://www.sky.com/bill

 

Select which bill it relates to and you can change paperless settings there

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
