Cancel one service and start a different one

Hello,

I was trying to cancel my current services and start a fresh package.  I am not in a contract, but the website kept trying to upgrade me- rather than let me start a new cheaper option.

 

However,  i notice now it has taken my money from my account?

 

But I have no idea what is going on, or if my old services are cancelled.

 

I am trying to get through to a human being to discuss, but have been forwarded to here.

Hi @goodnessme   You haven't provided any details, but you should be aware that you will not get new customer pricing on your fresh package. You would have to wait over a year, or more  before Sky will treat you as a new customer. You will only be offered a change or upgrade.
