Can’t Get Past the Checkout Page

I'm trying to purchase a couple of phone contracts through Sky Mobile. Each time I go through the process it's all fine, credit check passed etc, until I enter my card details and it says something went wrong with your payment. I have tried multiple cards and multiple ways (through the app, and on different browsers) and the same thing happens. Clearly there is an account level problem. Appreciate any help.

Instead of using cards are you able to provide direct debit deatils of your bank account instead to see if this works ?

I already have devices on contract with Sky, this is for a small upfront £4 payment and no option to use a bank account for it.

In that case all you can do is to call Sky on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it for help with this.
