Charged for router not sent back

I've noticed I've been charged for not sending my old sky router back. I still have it here to send back but have been really poorly in hospital so it's completely slipped my mind to do it. I can't afford to pay the charge of 50 odd pound. So you think of if I call them and explain they'll take off the charge if I send it back to them .

Once they have received it you would need to call Sky as they should then refund you the money they have taken so it is important that when you do send this off that you keep the receipt you are given as that will contain the tracking details.
