Cancel Sky Sports trial and Sports HD, not showing in my account under TV Packages
I was contacted by Sky and offered a free trial of Sky Sports and HD Sports and Sky Cinema,for 2 months, as a long term customer. This was offered for free and they did not say in was auto-renew. I believed it would just drop off my account. On checking my account, neither are listed under My Package online. However, checking my future bill online, it is going to charge for these from tomorrow. I wanted to keep Sky Cinema, but cancel Sky Sports and Sports HD. I'm in hospital and won't have chance to cancel by phone. I've tried to find online chat without success. Please help, as I cannot afford for this to renew.

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them because the discounts were provided on the understanding you’d be paying for the full period. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.
You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.
