Email issue

Hi i set up new sky account and gave wrong email. Email should end in .com not .ie.

I cant change it . Can anyone help. As i have ordered sky to be installed but emails are going to the wrong email that doesnt exist

Are you using this email address as a login or is it the one used as the address on the account for emails and the like from Sky ?

Sorry i dont understand.  I have one email address and its wrong end of it should be .com not .ie

Hi @Katrinamelican   What happens if you correct your email address: https://id.sky.com/change/email/

It sends an activation code to the incorrect email. Lol so i cant change it

The invite was sent to your @Katrinamelican username so you need to logout of this new account you have created and log back in with the @Katrinamelican one then you should see the chat bubble at the bottom of this page.
