Can’t view future bills

Since renewing my contract I am unable to view my future bills or previous bills - only latest bill available. Any help would be appreciated

What is happening when you try to view these future bills and does the same happen on both the MySky app and website ?

Same on MySky app and website

Click on Previous and Future and a blue line appears under the word but nothing happens

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
