Sky being turned off after paying over £100+ for an account of £21

My services were turned off I live in a vulnerable household and need constant internet and phone access my services were switched off after I paid £78 on 22/7/24 then paying £31on 16/8/24 then having to pay another £78 on 24/8/24. I have had my services turned off multiple times after the bills being paid yet never any reduction in money for no services would anyone else pay for things they do not receive?

@Karengould  Service is only restricted for late/non payment

if you were more than two weeks late in paying then sky requires the following months bill to be as well before restrictions are lifted

your not entitled to a reduction if you're without service for non payment

Ok now I see so with that info I will not be charged for at least 9 months as I've now paid over £200 so £21 per month so I've not only paid this month and next month(September) must be at least six months ahead of payments thankyou

If that's an absolute necessity for you, you'll need to prioritise your bills so that the bill from Sky is paid when it's due.

@Karengould

£21 a month doesn't buy a lot from Sky.  What are you expecting that to pay for?
