Returning kit

I have returned my Sky Q box together with the mini box, however I'm being told that I haven't returned the mini box, and considering they are in the same box I'm finding this rather disconcerting.  Any one know who I should/could contact?  The return was made on 17 July and I have the receipt.  Which is basically useless as it doesn't say what's in the box!

TIA for any ideas.

@Jillyb15
Unipart are the company that deal with returns and are taking more than 2 weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. As you have proof of posting we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to be contacted (probably tomorrow now).

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.

yes it would be good if I could be contacted, I'm not sure what can be done if they can't see the mini box to be fair, but being charged £52 won't please me at all!

@Jillyb15

To see if they can help you I’ll escalate your original post to Sky when it’s more than the obligatory ten minutes old and their Messaging Team should contact you before 7pm or tomorrow.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

This link explains what happens.
