Can't submit a Move Home request

I am moving home, but when I click on the Move Home option, it asks me if I want to amend existing request.  I do not have an existing request.  Totally stumped now what to do next.

If I click yes it tells me I don't have a home move scheduled

Tne only way around this will be to contact Sky. So under “Need more help” might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
