Can’t sign in to Netflix

Being a Sky customer and having Netflix I can't sign into Netflix app on my iPad

What is happening when you try to ?

What TV package do you have ?

When I try to sign in to Netflix it desn't recognise my password- either the password I used to use for Netflix efore I switched to Sky, or my Sky password.

I'm also not able to reset my Netflix pasword as the emails afren't coming through.

Any ideas what password it would default to?

So there isn't a "default" password per se. The way the sky and Netflix integration works is that you need to manually link a sky and Netflix account together.

 

This will happen automatically in whichever Netflix account you log into first in your Sky device. Therefore you either need to have an existing Netflix account you can log in to on the sky device or create a new Netflix account and then Sky into it on your Sky device.

 

if you can't remember the password you would need to go to the Netflix website/app and use the forgot password link. If that isn't sending you a password reset email then perhaps your Netflix account is linked to a completely different email address. If you can't reset your Netflix password you will need to contact Netflix support.

Thanks. 
That makes sense, but I can sign in on one device and not others. 
I think there's a 4 device limit, but I'm sure I haven't reached that.

The device limit depends on the Netflix tier you are on. Only premium allows you to watch on 4 devices concurrently, both the standard tiers it's 2 devices.
