Has anyone tried claiming their Vue voucher codes from the Sky app yet? I gave this a go and at first it worked fine. I got my voucher codes appearing in a pop up. However, I wanted to come back to these codes later rather than use immediately. Unfortunately every time I now click on the Vue reward I get an error message that the server with the specified host name cannot be found. I've even tried installing the app on different devices, but I still can't retrieve the codes. Does anyone know a way to retrieve these codes or fix this problem?

It would have been better for Vue to have stated what you can actually watch for free (rather than what you cannot).
I hope this resolves everyone's issue and anyone in the future.

Edit - As soon as I post this it starts working again for me.

I'm not impressed. I cant find how to claim my Vue cinema tickets. This is about the only time that I've actually found something worth having and I can't find it.
I'm fed up with the drivel on the app or when I phone sky about "oh you're a VIP customer of 14 yrs ", this means nothing if you don't have any relevant offers for the customer or the customer can't access.
I went through everything on here and it took me to where I could call sky. Got to the automated message asking "is it about the vue cinema tickets"? As soon as I said yes it referred me back to the app then said "thank you for calling, goodbye"!

The same thing is happening to me from 1st of November and iv upgraded to cinema still can't get codes on my app

I have tried re-downloading the app and I still don't have the option for vue codes and I have been a sky cinema customer for a while. Please help.

I have been trying to book tickets for a film for a couple of weeks now bet every time I add the code into the booking on the website i get the following message:
Sorry, it looks like there is an issue with your code. As a reminder, Sky Cinema codes are valid Sunday – Thursday and expire at the end of each month. Please check your codes here or visit www.myvue.com/faqs
I have tried to book for a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but still get the same message. Have cleared my cookies etc.... but still no joy
Any suggestions?
