Can’t redeem the voucher I got for referring a friend.

I referred a friend to Sky back in May. I had the email with the link to redeem my voucher shortly after. I clicked on it this morning to check it still worked and it did. I left the link open so I could pick the voucher once I'd finished work. I've just gone onto the open page to choose my voucher and it's told me the voucher has been redeemed.... what do I do now?
