I've changed my direct debit to another account, but for some reason the payments aren't showing up or going through (despite money being in my account and that change in account/direct debit being logged on my sky account)

Find out moreDid you get your timings right so did you make this payment change just after you paid your previous bill because if you left it to close to the payment date then it might be that the direct debit might still be attempted out of your previous account.
