Hi left sky a couple of months ago and still being charged for hayu ,
obviously can't go onto my sky on the tv ,as no longer have it , and when I sign into my sky account doesn't give me a option to cancel hayu ,I think hayu have been really sneaky with this as u assume you sign up to it through sky it will be cancelled when sky is ! just like Netflix ,Started charging me full wack again even tho iv had Netflix for yrs because I'd merged it through my sky I was then made into a new customer having to pay the new customer amount when I left sky 😬💀 quite annoyed as really can't find a way to cancel and going to the hayu website to try and send a message constantly comes up with answers that aren't revelant ! Plus to take the mick even more I'm paying for something I can't watch as I have to have sky to watch it ! someone please help ! 😬😀

I joined the community page to get this answer on cancelling hayu subscription. In fact I had no choice because Sky were too lazy to employ people to answer my questions. And guess what? 20 minutes later I find this thread asking the same question as me and there were no answers. So if you're reading this clearly the only way is to call Sky if they answer!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFor Sky Stream puck or Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.
Then follow the prompts to cancel.
In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.
Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.
You should be able to cancel it there.
