Can’t login online

I can't login to my sky to manage my account. I enter the correct email/username and password and am able to see my account but I can't manage it because when I enter my postcode I get the message "an error has occurred". I have phoned Sky twice and they have given me different answers but neither has worked. All the details I am entering are correct and up to date and I have tried logging in on various devices with various different browsers only to receive the same error.

Instead of phoning it might be worth using social media to contact Sky about this as there are links at the bottom of this page along with facebook messenger you can use to make contact.
