Can’t log into sky mobile

I'm trying to log into my sky mobile app and it says I need to "link account" so I put the details in the asked for. Surname postcode and last 6 digits of account number I use to pay my bills. I do that and it keeps coming up saying account already linked and it won't let me on. Has anyone else had this before? If so how did you resolve it?

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a private message on this forum or an email to you, both of which will invite you to a private chat which will be via a blue bubble which will appear on the right handside of this page.

i am trying to log into sky mobile it keeps asking me to link a sky id number i dont own a sky box

It should be asking you to connect your mobile account to a Sky ID as TV plays no part in this, so are you able to do this ?

Yep same issue. Not solved via online chat or telephone. Bought a new phone from them but can't sign agreement as I can't log in. It'll just get cancelled and they'll lose me as customer.

I'm having the same issue. The app was working fine until recently I had to sign it to it again. I've managed to link the tv side of things but when selecting the mobile heading it says blah, blah, blah to link account and when I fill in the form it says account already linked but nothing changes. Oh I hate it when something which was working fine, no longer does through no fault of my own. Sort it out Sky!

That appears to be different as that member couldn't link it, while here we have a member that has linked it but the app says otherwise and this is a common issue.

A little embarrassingly I have sorted out my issue. I had made a secondary email address for sky mobile and this is what I had forgotten and was using the primary email to sign back in to the app and not the one I signed up to Sky mobile with. Doh!
