Can’t amend home address

I have sky tv and broadband coming with Dpd but it's the wrong address. Sky won't let the courier amend the address

It will being sent to the address that was on the account when it was ordered so why is it wrong, have you since moved ?

It was my fault I accidentally put in my previous eircode. But I contacted sky straight away and they said they will call me to cancel and reorder but the tv box and modem is still been delivered and I can't amended it with Dpd

You will need to call them again about this as at the very least you might need to have them cancel this order so you can place it again with the correct details.

Ya they said I'll be getting a call to cancel on Wednesday. But I don't know what I'll do as the stuff is been sent to a different address. Such a mess 😩

There is nothing you can do now about it going to the wrong address as it should end up being returned to Sky so as stated the order will need to be placed again with the correct details.
