Uk Retention team
Is there a UK based retention team I can speak to about my account?
I'm assuming the person who I spoke to today wasn't in the UK and I found it frustrating and difficult with being hard of hearing constantly being asked to repeat a word or spell a word. After the 3rd attempt at tel
