Can't access updates to my order

I signed up for Sky Broadband in May and it's still not connected. Open Reach was supposed to do some work to connect it and now I'm getting text messages from Sky telling me to sign in to see updates, only the link they provide gives an error, and if I log in to my SkyID account there are no updates to my order, it still says it will be set up in May 2025. I'n out of contract with my previous provider and it's becoming not worth it to wait on Sky / Open Reach - but it would be helpful if they just told me what's going on instead of this online treasure hunt that leads nowhere.

I think your only option is to call Sky for an update...
