Placing an order

I am a current sky customer I've had a sky glass for 3 years, I was trying to order another 2 sky glasses tonight, I ordered the first one with no issues, tried ordering the second one but before I can even put it in my basket I get a message saying "Sorry, we are having techinal difficulties, unfortunately we havent been able to proceed with your order". Any help would be appreicated

According to this you can have a maximum of 3 Sky Glass TVs:

On your account, you can have up to:

  • three Sky Glass TVs; and
  • six Sky Stream pucks.
