Can’t access account

I recently moved out and started a sky tv and broadband contract. I tried to access my account but when I logged in it was linked to my parents account because I accessed sky go on their account.

You need to logfout of the account you are using then set your own one up using your own email address, you can do that here:

Hi @Jessical2001   You may have to get your parents to remove you as an additional user. Ask them to go to https://www.sky.com/mydetails/additional-users Only the account owners can see additional users.
