Why is this money on my account?

I was told promised and have a lot of evidence that I should have no money owed on this account. What is going on

@Stewart1990  No one here can access your account, we can't see your bills.  We are customers here, not customer service.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
