Can someon
Hello,
I signed up in April to renew at £90 for my tv and I added on broadband too. I've not been charged this amount yet and just noticed my most recent bill is £102. Please can you contact me to refund me the overcharge and ensure moving forward, my bills are based on the contract renewal I agreed to on 27th April 2024 @ £90 p/m.

We're a customer Community. Have you checked your bills to see what makes up the additional charges?

Those who didn't see an increase in April may have had an increase in July.
But as noted above, we're customers here and cannot see your bills... No one is going to call you from a post here.
