Can i contact sky by email text or WhatsApp and not phone?

Sky don't use email as a general method of communication. I'm not aware of any other means apart from Facebook or Twitter.

Is it something we can perhaps advise you on?

Thanks I can't access Disney+ even though I am being charged for it. Guess the only way to solve it is by ringing but that is such a painful process!

I have not had an email link about it or if I had I have not seen it.

You should be able to download these episodes now in SD if you don't have the HD package on your account,
