If your deal was inclusive NetFlix then, no.  If it wasn't then, yes.

 

We can't see your account as we're other customers here.

 

What do your bills show?  (Ultimate TV add on is NetFlix)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

8 had this issue too. Clicking on the first Netflix show it wouldn't open "something wrong come back later". Go to the netflix icon further down the list where there is a list of apps. on your puck, select it, use your sky login and password. Select standard with adverts for £0. The app should tell you when you open it that you entitled to free or price includes netflix.

Sorry no edit function. I did say use the puck. Don't know about netflix own app on smart TV or firstick. Supposedly once setup you can then use netflix normally on devices but haven't tried it. All this is assuming you are a new customer or signed up to the inclusive deal.
