I was looking for CEO contact details also, failing that I will go to FCA and other governing companies to raise a complaint. Dana Strong is CEO and will write to her, however don't expect much the way the company is being managed. I have been a customer for nearly 26 years and the recent experience is disgraceful, and that includes DPD. No response to formal complaints, and once agreed don't turn up for call. To be honest I haven't been watching Sky and not missing it as the content is rubbish and could take out other subscriptions to other platforms and get better choice. Shame on you Sky.

You are only telling fellow customers here. Regarding a complaint, Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a deadlock letter before it can be taken further.

I will follow my own procedure. 8 weeks is too long and they don't follow their own policies and procedures.

Unfortunately, you can't just follow your own procedure there are specific rules and regulations set out by the regulator to cater for complaints.
The regulator OFCOM only deals with a very limited number of types of complaints ( normally companies not abiding by the broadcasting code or about the contents of specific TV programmes that aired), for everything else they refer people to CISAS, which is their approved complaints dispute mediator.
The CISAS process is pretty clear, you have to allow your provider 8 weeks to resolve an officiant complaint ( which is why providers say they need 8 weeks), because they will get involved There is a reason these standard processes are in place, as otherwise nothing would get sorted if everyone who raised a complaint wanted to follow their own procedure.

Then that is the route you need to follow for the reasons stated. You can't simply make up your own rules, if you go direct to CISAS they will tell you to speak to Sky or allow them the time to resolve your complaint.

How do you know what stage I am at in complaints?? Don't bother replying, I do not appreciate the tone of the "super users" as you said you have no influence and not Sky employee.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky, and some will be more appropriate than others …
🟧 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.
All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.
🟧Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
