Cancellation

I I tried to cancel they said was still contact I owe 150 but I paid 57 of bring again a month later to pay off said couldn't i owe 311 but could pay on my account what I want to pay didn't make sense so rung next day said could pay off but still got everything til 7 th Jan I paid 311 told me I only about 12 .oo in Jan next day my account says I overdue but my bill usually goes out on 21st I owe 39 .oo so cancelled direct debit I pay Jan

I've read your post a couple of times and I'm still trying to figure out what's happening. 

Are your services restricted yet?

Cancelling your payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
