Can an account manager speak to a human?
Hi
I'm trying to help my sister out with her account (I'm on her account as an account manager). Her contract has run out and I'm looking into new deals for her. To do this, I'm looking to speak to someone to find out exactly what she's been paying and exactly what Sky are offering her in terms of a new deal.
I've just tried speaking to customer services about this and they're said that despite me being named on her account as a manager, they can't speak to me without her saying so on the phone. Unfortunately, she's over 200 miles away so this isn't possible.
Does anyone know how I can speak to someone at Sky about her account and contract? And / or if it even possible for me to do so without her being with me?

@Mr_Imp Sky are correct in their position
if you know the telephone access password which is different from the login one then you can do most things except cancel
If there is no password setup she will have to set one up first by calling Sky then give it to you

So can I just check, if my sister gives me / sets up a telephone access password, I can then give that to someone in Customer Services when I phone up and they will speak to me about her account?

@Mr_Imp Yes that's correct, you will be able to discuss and do most actions on her behalf the only thing you definitely won't be able to do is cancel has only your sister can do that

Yes but you can't cancel any part of a subscription/package. Only the account holder can do that.
