We have a 2 month Netflix trial (I don't know whether this was for all Sky subscribers or because we're Platinum VIP). Anyway, it says we need to give a month's notice if we don't want to be billed for the third month. We activated the trial via logging into our Sky account on the Sky website.
Is there a way we can remove the trial/Netflix without having to call? We have looked at the various menus on the Sky website and I can't find anything on there.

So you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.
