Called to cancel sky package as after 20 years am being overcharged £53 the representative then stated he would reduce my bill to £36 per month - £22 for tv, £10 for multi and £4 for Netflix which I did not want but he insisted it's part of the discounted package. Checked billing and he has completely lied billing me £47 per month.... called and spoke to another representative who quoted the same discount and said leave it 24 hours and new rate of £36 will show on account I told him I would call back after 24 hours and he insisted he would call me on Monday at 9.30 to confirm the changes have been made however checked my account and they have continues to overcharge and renewed the contract for 18 months at higher rate. Can't get anyone to sort this out and despite being told I would have 14 days to cancel this change have now been told that's not the case. Total fraudulent and extremely upset. Has anyone else had this and what did you do to resolve it.

It wouldn't be the first time that manual adjustments have to be applied before the deal you agreed to can be effected. That can take a few days.

Called them on Friday 30th at 4.15 received email confirming changes at 4.45 and confirmation was no where near what was agreed. Called them again 5.30 spoke to a representative of sky who said nothing had been amended and confirmed the agreed rate but did not want me to query it before Monday. Not happy as I don't want to be tied into a fraudulent contract for 18 months.... disgraceful behaviour by sky.
