CREDIT REFUND

I cancelled my sky back in May , but you are still taking payments. I dont even have a dish.

we moved to a new house and cancelled sky.

please can you sort this out.

In case you aren’t aware you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation because it sounds like you didn't cancel properly?
