hi, for some reason i have a sky hub broadband router being delivered. Don't know why and i want to cancel it. Anyone know how? Or when they deliver it can i say i don't want it and didn't want it in the first place.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you're being sent a 'Sky Broadband Hub' (see the attached link), it's the latest router and replaces earlier versions. It's also a requirement for Sky VOIP if that's part of your renewed package.
