If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. Your broadband renewal will be determined by you negotiating a new discount with Sky.
If your discounts are ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging

You should always check deals from other providers. It's almost certain you'll get a cheaper deal as a new customer elsewhere.
