Broadband

I have recently moved and unfortunately sky do not provide broadband at my new address, I was informed of this when I contacted sky about my move and was also informed i would not be charged as sky cannot provide the service. I have now received a email saying I will be charged  £49.75 for early termination charges

It will be an automated charge - you'll need to contact them again to deal with it.

If you give them the date and rough time you called they can listen back to that call and confirm what you were told.
